Was a cool, but short lived experience. I was imagining more immersion in the process but it was over in about 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and the shop was neat to walk through.
It is very convenient to purchase the ticket. It is valid for 30 days, making it easy to arrange your itinerary flexibly. Scan the QR code to enter the ticket! Whale shark is a major specialty store in our hotel
pretty interesting. We learn the processes of glass making and do the easier processes and the shaping of the glasses ourselves. the instructions were easy to understand. The experts supervise the processes to ensure the safety, to rectify any issue, and at the same time make it fun for us. To get the prettier patterns, you will need to top up as the default is the blue one. they provide bubble wraps and sell the boxes. we did it on sat and collected on monday afternoon. the glasses turn out to be very pretty.
Great with families. We had a 4 and 6 year old and their rock cups looked amazing (the staff helped make sure!). Its a short stop for a lasting memory. Be careful of the store lol.. it has a lot to offer for souvenir collectors (e.g., Shisa, Awamori, fridge trinkets etc.)
The service attitude is very good. They explained and taught the production methods and precautions clearly and carefully! This is a great experience! It's worth a visit with your whole family~
The arrangements are attentive and courteous, the instructions are clear and smooth, and it is a very good experience to have a small group of people participate. I look forward to getting my own glass back in two days.
Time passed so quickly, only 15 minutes. After weighing it a few times, everything was handed over to the person in charge. It didn’t feel like a personal experience. Basically, 90% of the time I just watched people watch.
The staff is warm and friendly. Although I was worried when I saw that there were no options other than Japanese when making a reservation, the staff will actually try their best to communicate with you in English. The venue also has some Chinese signboards to remind everyone to pay attention to safety, and the Japanese signboards also have some pictures to help you understand. . Although the event is short, the glass shop next to it is also very exciting, and you can buy many beautiful glass products. The transportation may seem inconvenient, but it is actually near the Nago Pineapple Garden, and you can arrange activities before and after visiting the pineapple garden.
The explanation is in English, but it is more informative in Japanese and helps you to be mindful of safety. Even if you travel alone, the staff will take nice pictures for you. And the staff at the reception are very friendly.
Nice experience, very interesting. After seeing the whole process, I found that making a glass product is not easy. The stove is very hot and I admire every glassmaker.
