On the way there, the pickup was a little late, but there were no issues, and they took us to Hoi An. On the way back, they dropped us off near our hotel, which was great because we no longer had to go back from Rom Cafe. Hoi An was crowded, and I was a bit tired, but the round-trip transfer was incredibly smooth and helpful. I felt the warmth of the people in Da Nang and Hoi An. The reasonable price was also a big plus!
We arrived at the pickup point (Rom Coffee) very early and immediately informed customer service, also sending our location. Customer service acknowledged this at the time. As time passed, we didn't see the car or any other waiting passengers. The car wasn't parked directly at Rom Coffee, though it wasn't far. We still had to trouble the driver to come specifically to Rom Coffee to pick us up. We hope customer service will pay more attention to this in the future. The return trip was very smooth; we paid the driver an extra VND 50,000, and he dropped us off directly at the hotel.

The round-trip transfers were very helpful. The meeting point for the return trip in Hoi An was also easy to find. However, regarding the meeting point for the outbound trip, I was waiting at Rom Cafe, but the bus picked us up on the opposite side of the road. I had to cross a road with no traffic lights or crosswalks, almost getting hit by cars. I'm concerned that if this isn't improved, an accident will eventually happen.

best organisation of the transportation, the reservation was smooth and we had a great time experiencing Hoi An city. the price was decent and it took only 30 minutes to come from Da Nang!
