The trip didn’t happen. Neither could we meet guide at the location nor did we get a call or mail on how to contact the guide. Waited for hours at the location in vein. Even klook customer support didn’t respond on multiple attempts.
No jeep operator contacted neither they turned up in the location. I was waiting for 1.5 hr in the road with my family. please refund the money.

Very bad travelling experience... The jeep which was allocated to us was in a very bad condition. On the mid way, a wheel from jeep came out. Also it was isolated area, no one were in that area. We literally got frightened. Driver changed the wheel and again on the return headlights got disfunctioned. Very bad experience in my life. Not even 1 star for this. So
