ZEN Family Spa in Nusa Dua Bali

After a long from Ubud and Uluwatu, it was nice to have a good relaxing spa at Zen Family Spa. Service was good as they will want to confirm your arrival and upon arrival, I was served with respect and definitely was able to relieve some of the tiredness.

If you have accommodation in Nusa Dua, it's worth a visit! As a chain store, it was clean and nice because you could choose the aroma you wanted. Starting with the foot washing(?), I felt clean, and the massage was at just the right pressure to help me fall asleep. It was a couple’s room and it was clean. Above all, the shower area was outdoors (not visible to others), and I liked the natural feel! I recommend it

Highly recommend as it has good atmosphere, good masseurs and reasonably priced considering what they're offering. They even managed to arrange hotel pick up and drop off for us. Definitely enjoyed my session with my family here and will come back again.

The price is cheap and the massage is great. I really liked the spa. I stopped by before going to the airport and had a great massage. Because of the sudden heavy rain, I couldn't get Grab and the way to the airport was difficult, but the reception staff were concerned, looked into me, and helped me, and with the help of the Zen Spa driver, I finally arrived at the airport. Thank you so much to the driver and staff. Impressive service! I'll go again next time.

Great value for money - the 2h Balinese massage was very relaxing although I felt like it wasn’t strong enough (I did tell the masseuse that I preferred stronger but I know it’s hard to maintain that for an entire two hours). Nice peaceful environment with private ensuite rooms as well.

Blissful massage in a little villa! The warm ginger tea and the shower at the end round of the experience perfectly!

The value for money is excellent. It's not a luxury spa, but if you focus on the massage, there's nothing to complain about. I was able to refresh myself with the 120-minute course. There is no shuttle service, so if you can get a one-way ticket for less than 1,000 yen with Grab, I think it's worth considering.

Excellent spa session in Nusa Dua. Great value for money. Masseuse was professional and strong. Worth a visit when in Bali.
