- It can be the military and civil officers, women, and children buried here between 1833 and 1877
- Convicts were buried in two distinct grave areas on the Isle of the Dead, largely in unmarked graves
- While the higher northern end was reserved for free and military burials, marked by headstones
- You’ll hear the personal stories of convicts transported here from across the world
