Jumptopia, by Singapore’s leading playground Kiztopia, presents Hong Kong's first limited-time bouncy castle carnival "Holiday Village" at Gold Coast Hotel this winter!
- In the past two years it has held multiple castle carnivals, bringing joy and happiness to its guests. In order to bring Hong Kongers the magic of Jumptopia, Hong Kong's first outdoor bouncy castle carnival "Jumptopia Holiday Village" will launch from 3 December to 31 January, 2023, at Gold Coast Square, Gold Coast Hotel.
- With the theme of 8 original cartoon characters, the 12,000-square feet outdoor playground holds 5 giant inflatable castles, including a 4.5-meter tall giant inflatable slide, and a Neptune-themed ball pit filled with more than 10,000 blue and white balls - let the children go wild to their heart's content!
- Children are not allowed to enter the venue unless accompanied by an adult, and all children must be supervised by an adult in the venue.
- Infants under the age of 2 are admitted for free when accompanied by at least one kid who has purchased a ticket.
Health Protection Standards:
- Staff Protection: All staff must have their temperature checked daily and wear masks.
- Crowd Restrictions: We limit the number of people admitted to keep the safety of our guests
- Hand sanitizer available: Alcohol-based hand sanitizer has been placed in the venue with additional disinfectant cleaners
- Temperature Check: All guests are required to undergo a temperature check before entering the venue
- Social distancing: Please maintain a social distance of 1.5 meters and follow the limit

The venue is not too detailed and has multiple themes that both adults and children can enjoy. I will recommend it to everyone next time.
The location is great! The play facilities are also very neat and rich. Children like it very much!
This is a fun place for children to jump around. Children can play with the slide which is exciting. However, it locates in an open area and will be affected by the hot or rainy weather. A pair of gripped socks is need for children.
Jumptopia's trampoline is unmatched in its appeal to children aged 4 to 7 years old. Adults can all jump together and chase the children without losing any energy. I need to buy some non-slip socks for dancing. The only thing is that each session is short and the children can’t get enough of it 😂
Super fun outdoor venue for kid to release their energy. The facilities are well maintained and the staffs are very welcoming. Highly recommended for kids above 3 years of age.

Tucked away in the Gold Coast Hotel in Tuen Mun. We live in NT so it's great that we didn't have to travel too far. We went on a week day so not busy or too frantic like other playroom/kids activities in Hong Kong. Kids had fun but got tired of bouncing after about 20minutes. 5 bouncy castles with obstacle courses, ball pit, slides ect. Also some less bouncy games like giant football, giant ring toss, ect ect. Could do with a few more 'non-bouncy' activities to give the kids a little break. All in all, a nice afternoon activity. If travelling in from other areas can have lunch at the hotel or short walk away from the GC mall for other restaurants. Also the hotel is on Gold Coast Beach if thats your kind of thing.
The place is big, the inflatable ball is so beautiful😍 The staff will clean and disinfect every hour to ensure hygiene, so that guests can play with peace of mind, very good😊👍🏻 The staff are very polite😊👍🏻 Children love to play trampoline, Have fun 😊🙏🏻
I bought a full-day pass, and each session is 1 hour. The children played for about 2.5 hours and it was still not enough. I have asked to play again next time. The venue is not too big, there are five large blown castles 🏰, and other blown games, we went on the fourth day of the Lunar New Year, there are many people in the venue but there is still room to play. It was fun to see adults and children.
