Taichung: Ultralight aircraft flight experience

I brought my boyfriend to try out the light sport aircraft experience. From the moment he put on his flight suit, he kept saying he looked just like a pilot 🤣 Once we took off, he was super excited! I was a bit worried about safety at first, but after actually experiencing it, I felt very reassured. The instructor gave a thorough briefing before takeoff, and a professional instructor accompanied us the whole time. The overall process and safety measures were handled very thoroughly. What I loved most was that once up in the sky, you really get a sense of seeing the world from a different angle ✈️ Familiar everyday scenery looks completely different from the air—it's both therapeutic and unforgettable. It was a very special date experience, and my boyfriend's dream of being a pilot was sort of briefly fulfilled 😂 Five-star recommendation!

An absolute must-try 20-minute microlight aircraft experience! The instructor was professional and friendly, the pre-flight safety briefing and equipment check were very thorough, and the flight itself was smooth and steady. The aerial view overlooking Taichung was amazing, the equipment is very well maintained, and the staff provided excellent customer service. Overall, it offers great value for the price, and I highly recommend everyone come and try it at least once!

It's a great experience, the scenery is beautiful, and it's fun to fly a small plane, but the earphones need to be pressed close to your ears to hear the instructor's words.

The location is relatively remote. In addition to self-driving tours, foreign tourists can only take a taxi. From Taichung Station, a round-trip Uber ride costs more than NT$1,000. However, the club staff also has drivers they are familiar with and can help call for a ride. Before boarding the plane, you need to take a short ride to the take-off point. After that, you return to the check-in area to change clothes. There is a small plane for guests to take photos with no time limit.

It's really worth it. You can actually fly into the sky, and the instructor will also introduce the scenic spots along the way. Moreover, they will actually teach me to fly and let me actually hold the steering wheel and drive. I am so nervous! Thank you very much to the coach and staff
