The owner is very friendly. The 6-speed ladies' bike was more than enough for the Shuishe-Xiangshan route, and I didn't get tired. Although there weren't many ladies' bikes, the owner maintains them well. Using the QR code made borrowing the bike smooth and easy. There was no time limit. It was a pleasant experience.

Just booked after, vouncher easy to use. The lady bikes are in good condition for the cyclable path, with a basket. Satisfied considering the cheapest prices of 350 ntd/bike announced in other stores (don't know if it is for the same bikes though)

The shop is easy to find, right across from the bus station. The car is in good condition, and the owner is very helpful. Recommended.

Easy to redeem, nice owner who was fluent in English and biked with us to show us the entrance to the bike trail. Standard bikes are a bit old but perfectly serviceable. Worth the price.

I really recommend this to rent bikes in Sun Moon Lake!!! Great bikes, and the owner is so friendly and helpeful. He gave us a map and recommended routes. And the price is better if you book through Klook!

Rental location was easy to find, within the same block as the bus drop-off, owner was really nice and helpful. Just be sure to check the bus schedule to be back in time otherwise you'll either have to wait a long time or worse be stuck there overnight.

The quality of the bicycle was not very great and this shop is just a little farther away from the bike path than other shops that are right next to it. The bike handle felt stiff and was hard to maneuver.
