Safety: The overall dim lighting certainly creates a high-end hotel atmosphere, but because there are always stairs, it does pose a potential hazard. Experience: The public hot spring area features a high-temperature pool, a medium-temperature pool, a cold-water pool, a spa pool, a steam room, a sauna, and comfortable lounge chairs. The overall experience is quite good, with each pool being very spacious. Water dispensers are also available for making tea or coffee.

We went on an early afternoon on a weekday. There were several available rooms, but we decided to wait 30 minutes to get the semi open-air bath. Staff was very polite and professional, and they scanned the Klook QR code once the room was available. It was very worth the wait! It wasn’t stuffy at all, and it was clean and comfortable. 90 minutes was plenty of time to enjoy the hot spring. The room was provided with a few things like bottled water, hair ties, and shower caps. We enjoyed our time here!

The private room is very private, very beautiful, no smell, clean and luxurious. The equipment, towels and hair dryer are complete. I like it very much. I will definitely go back again.

Really tasteful place. Just show them your voucher and they'll let you pick a room type. Then they'll give you a slip of paper, which you're supposed to return once you're done. You'll be given instructions on how to get to your room and you're on your own. The room we chose was "outdoors." Pretty sweet. Hot water. Cool breeze. View of the emerald green river below. The perfect way to enjoy Wulai in the winter. The place was clean and complete with all the amenities you'd need for a relaxing bath.

This is my third time visiting Wulai for hot springs! The hot spring rooms at Pause Landis all have interesting themes. This time it's a hot pot theme, making you feel like Tang Sanzang about to be cooked 😆. Soaking in the semi-outdoor hot spring is very comfortable, with a gentle breeze - highly recommended!

Had a lovely experience in the hotel hot spring bathroom. You could select from several different themed rooms- indoor, outdoor, hot only or both hot and cold pools. 90 minutes was plenty of time to try both the hot and cold pool as well as shower afterwards. Great value for money as it includes two people. Would highly recommend!

ㄧWe went to the mountain in the morning and queued up at the scene. It was our turn from about 10 o'clock to 12:30 noon. The waiting time was not long! We could pass the time by taking beautiful photos in the lobby. I really like this special soup pool! The children are also clamoring to come next time!

There is a strong aroma from the moment you enter the parking lot. There are not many parking spaces, so get there early. While waiting for the soup house, you can walk up and go to the shopping street to eat and shop. The hot spring house is very spacious and not stuffy. There is also a TV where you can watch movies while soaking in the hot water. It is very comfortable and worth a return visit.

The hotel's environment is very good. We chose the cypress hot spring room on the 3rd floor this time. You can't see the river view while sitting in the wooden tub; you need to stand up to see it. The water pressure in the shower area is not quite enough, so showering isn't very comfortable. The amenities only include shampoo/conditioner/body wash & 2 bottles of water. There's no lotion, comb, cotton swabs, etc.
