The food was Great !Salmon Curry & the Crab was so delicious 😋😋 And i love the dessert corner as well 😍 The staff was friendly n also polite. We had a wonderful time dining @ OCC Royal Palm ...will be back again. Recommended

The booking T&C does not specifically state that children 3 to 7 years old are chargeable even with 2 paying adults, which is a stark comparison with other luxury hotel buffets. The atmosphere was hectic as there were too many patrons and they were understaffed. No staff was in sight to help clear the tables during the buffet midway. Service was lacklustre as there was a housefly laying on a fruit but the feedback was not looked upon.
Buffet ends at 930pm but almost everything in the buffet runs out by 810pm. Slow service. Food isn’t great.
