The colleagues are so friendly, from the receptionist, to the salesperson to the beautician, they are all very approachable. No hard sell. There are welcoming drinks and disposable slippers. Use Tony Moly products throughout. Beautician's gesture: Massage with sufficient force, beauty including eyebrow shaping, acupuncture, massage for detoxification, and facial mask for moisturizing. A dragon, pretty good. Definitely worth a try.
The store environment is clean and tidy, and the staff are courteous, making us feel at home. The steam room is not luxurious enough, but the masseurs have good gestures. It is commendable that they provide gemstone cushions to keep guests warm, which is very heart-warming.
Generally, a value for money massage option in HK. However, take note that the bathroom is outside the facility. The korean snacks included are korean candies and rice crackers only, a bit different from the photo on this post. But generally, the atmosphere is relaxing however they use big hospital lights, maybe having dim lights are more relaxing.
What a unique experience. I have never tried one in a beauty salon in Hong Kong. There is a sauna and massage room. After steaming, you can have a massage. There is tea before and after the massage.
Full marks for the technician, satisfactory gesture strength, the only drawback is that there is no restroom in the beauty salon!
Staff Maki and Yoyo are friendly, the environment is nice and neat. Feel very relaxed after the sauna and massage. It’s a great experience. Definitely gonna recommend more friends to try it and high chance to come back for good deals
Because it was buy one get one free, I made a mistake twice when placing an order. I thought the price was for two people, but I realized that it was for one person, and I got a friend who was traveling with me to choose another plan on the spot. Mile to hope that the platform can be improved. In addition, the oil used in beauty salons is rather dry, and other prices are reasonable and acceptable.
The service of this store is first-rate. Because the flight was canceled and had to be rescheduled a week earlier, the reception was very helpful. There should be no problem with not being able to get the book you purchased from this store. I used it twice. The first reception and the technician who did the facial were very friendly, but the effect was not that great. The second time I tried the massage and another facial technician did a better job. It was so comfortable and the facial contours were clear. There are many lefts. It is really recommended to choose May, the facial technician. She did an excellent job 👍🏻 She was very attentive throughout the whole process ❤️ After that, she introduced the package, the price is reasonable, and there are many treatments to choose from. The staff clearly introduces them so that customers can choose what they need! The store environment is comfortable and clean, the best I have ever tried in recent times!
