The driver was very punctual. When he came to pick us up, he looked injured and in pain, but he still completed the job of picking us up and dropped us off very responsibly. During the process, he was also very enthusiastic about introducing us to some local specialties.

The driver Derrick is a very professional driver. He will always arrive earlier than the appointment time, waiting for the guests, and he will take the initiative to explain the customs of Singapore to us during the journey, with a friendly attitude.
I gave two stars because I paid for a mercedes Viano but they sent a Toyota vellfire. The reason I gave this a 2 star not a one because the driver was very sweet and accomodating that I did not complain to him. It was not his fault but the agency.
