Luggage Information

  • The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Surcharge table

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
  • An additional surcharge of SGD25 will be charged when the waiting time exceeds 15-minute
  • A midnight surcharge of SGD20 per hour will apply for any job done during 23:00 - 07:00
  • Public Holiday and Eve of Public Holiday: 20% surcharge
  • Surcharge of SGD20 applies per extra stop requested

Our flight arrived eary thought we will need to wait for our driver which we don't mind. Was surprised to see him waiting already outside SG arrival area. So pleased of his professionalism. My little family liked the spacious car fits perfectly for our huge suitcases. Driving was smooth and driver was very open to answer questions. Will definitely recommend to book here very convenient and you'll get what you paid for, infact I have already booked for our departure after our mini holiday here in SG.

Our flight from Taiwan was delayed by one hour. The driver was very kind and waited for a long time at the airport. It was about an hour and a half different from the original appointment time.
