Celebrated my mom's birthday with a 30-minute facial and 75-minute body massage. The detailed process included welcome tea, hot towel hand wipes, and a singing bowl ritual before the massage, followed by hot towel foot wipes – the service was truly comparable to a 5-star spa. This Klook deal was excellent value, and they even offered a complimentary hot eye compress and hand mask. The company's environment is first-class, clean, and tidy, making you forget your worries. If I had to nitpick, the massage time just wasn't quite enough; if you're particularly tired, it might not feel like quite enough.

Exceeded expectations to a large degree. From the vibe once you enter all the way to the after sales service, absolutely top notched. I fell asleep in the second half of the spa cuz it was just so comfy. Individual rooms, shower facilities within.

I really like the environment here and can receive massage services in a peaceful environment. And music is also very relaxing. Most appreciated was the ginger massage oil. This is a homemade massage oil that smells soothing.
It's like going to a Thai spa, the environment is very nice, the details are like Thai spas, many places outside say they are Thai spas, but they are not. My masseur was good, but my husband said his was just average. It would be great if all masseurs were good.
