What to expect
Escorted by a Sydney Opera House guide you will arrive at Opera Bar and enjoy a cocktail making class, and craft a Sydney Sling. Enjoy your cocktail over a fresh seafood tasting plate. Travel to Opera Kitchen where you will have a salumi plate and a schmiddy of beer whilst you create a Salmon poke bowl in an open air environment.
A quick stop before you enjoy your main meal, arrive at TIDE and enjoy unforgettable moments from past concert hall experiences.
Arrive at Portside Sydney where you will have a 12 hour braised lamb shoulder served with season sides and a matching Hunter Valley Wine.
The last stop is at Bennelong Restaurant where you enjoy a dessert, the Chocolate Crackle. The dessert is paired with live music performed by Australian jazz musicians as part of Bennelong Presents Sunday Jazz series.
