Mangrove Forest Kayaking at Koh Chang Salak Kok Seafood

We had a lot of fun kayaking through the Mangrove Forest! I recommend booking a couple days before hand because the local staff didn’t know we were coming and almost deny us 🥲 but the staff manage to call the agency that post this tour up on Klook and got it sorted. The staff there was really nice. The Mangrove Forest was beautiful we took our time and took lots of photos

Peaceful place to visit. I recommend the early morning.

The tour didn't include a tour guide. We were told to look at the map and get an explanation at the reception, then return in about 1 hour and 5 minutes. Our family of four then set out on two kayaks. Fortunately, we have kayaking experience, but there was no guarantee regarding safety, such as who would help us if we fell into the bay, or any safety measures. We set off alone as a family of four into the quiet, deserted mangroves. Luckily, we were able to return without incident, but beginners should be aware that they won't be taught how to paddle or use the paddle. It was disappointing that there were no explanations about water safety or the mangroves in the natural environment. Since the "tour" lacked any explanation beyond the 1 hour and 5 minutes timeframe, I would recommend other tours if you're looking for a tour guide and a safe kayaking experience.
