Reviews summaryBought a package included 90minutes body massage with afternoon tea set at HKD1155. I phoned the Spa to book time slot and get confirmation. Arrived at the hotel lobby, you need to inform the front desk or Concerige to use a key card to take the lift first to 15/F, then goto another lift to l the Spa located at 17/F. At the Spa reception, validate the package and you will be given a locker key and the staff will show your way to changing room. After change, the staff brought me to a tea room served me a cup of ginger tea. At the same time let me pick on the different aroma of massage oil. She then mixed the oil and finally let me have the last check. I was given one bottle of massage oil after the treatment. The masseur lead me to the single massage room with one bed. The masseur is skillful and asked if any part of the body need to be put focus on and if the strength is appropriate. I enjoyed 90minutes massage and back to the changing room. Spend 15 minute on Sauna and 15 minutes on steam bath then I took shower and get changed. I then being guided back to the tea room and served a pot of tea and the two pieces of famous butterfly pastry. Finished tea, I was then bring the Club lounge at 12/F to enjoy my Afternoon tea set which is came the package. The afternoon set included a drink and 8 pieces of pastries, tart, finger sandwiches which the taste is ok. This experience is nice and I will visit again.

At the same time, there are professional masseurs stationed in the hotel to tailor suitable treatments according to the needs of the guests, allowing them to relax and feel calm for a moment, and cleanse their body and mind. Recommended treatments include Thalgo luxury spa treatments, Natura Bissé imperial spa journeys, massage treatments using Natura Bissé products from Barcelona and organic facial products from Sacred Nature in [comfort zone] Italy.
Arrive at 10 o'clock in the morning, go to the fitness room first, then take you to drink a cup of ginger tea, start massage at 11:30, eat butterfly cakes and drink tea together, then take you to the 12th floor for lunch (after finishing the meal Eat snacks immediately???😰), and then go back to the sauna after finishing your meal. The masseur gestured OK, which was a little different from the usual massages. He focused on the muscles and bones. After pressing for 90 minutes, the masseur started to feel weak in the last 15 minutes. There are only three choices for lunch. You are required to pre-order the day before going, and the quality is very average. It feels similar to a tea restaurant. From making a reservation over the phone to leaving, every staff member's service quality is very high, helpful and polite.

Masseuse: Polite, clear explanation, good technique, I fell asleep not long after starting, attentive (Paula thx so much) Service: Good, not pushy at all Atmosphere: Facial room environment is good, private room, facial bed is very comfortable, with a heated blanket Facilities: Not bad, but it can be noisy if there are a lot of people (because there are many tourists, one adult dragging several children, it can be quite noisy sometimes)
Package was well worth the price with massage, gym, snacks, and lunch all included. Massage technics of the therapist was better than expected. Will definitely go again!
A very good experience. We first went to the executive floor for lunch, followed by a 60-minute facial and a 30-minute back massage. The beautician, Paula, was very professional, and the facial and massage were spot on. After the treatment, there were the Royal Garden's delicious original palmiers + health tea. The whole experience was very relaxing.
Lunch was good and restaurant service was good. The masseur is very considerate and will massage the d-side area according to the physical condition. After pressing the button, there will be refreshments to enjoy. Because it is my birthday, I have arranged in advance that a small cake will be given. The butterfly cake must be delicious, I don’t think all the cakes will be delicious. Not a bad experience
The waiters are very polite and attentive, and the masseurs have good gestures. During the massage process, you will often be asked whether the intensity is moderate or not, and the environment is also very clean. The butterfly cake and scented tea I enjoyed after the massage were very delicious. The only thing that can be improved is that the bathrobe is relatively large. If the size is different, it will be perfect.
