It is also close to the mangrove forest reserve, paintball field, Shihsanhang Museum, and riverside bicycle path. You can take a ferry to Tamsui, connecting Tamsui and Bali Left Bank to create a rich coastal itinerary in New Taipei City.

easy to redeem tickets at the counter but it’s not easy to reach this place as it is not near any MRT, will need a car to come here. very fun experience learning about the history of popcorn and make popcorn workshop. they also sell exclusive popcorn favors here. staffs are very friendly and helpful!
We made a reservation for 11:00, and the guided tour and DIY course lasted about 1.5 hours. Spending $250 includes food tasting, DIY and a guided tour, which is a good deal. The $50 discount coupon does not need to be used as a discount on a single item, but can be used in combination, which I think is great. At the end of the day, you can go to a restaurant to have a meal and ride a bicycle on the banks of the Bali River. It is a very relaxing day.
The staff who led the tour were very attentive and interacted with the children cordially. They could learn some knowledge about corn when they came to visit. The elders who were traveling with them were not able to move around easily and were guided to the second floor for DIY. It was very considerate and a recommended tourist factory.
There are few people on weekdays, so a family of three can take a group tour. The tour guide is very attentive and will introduce interesting popcorn knowledge. He knows that the children don’t know Mandarin and the introduction will be shortened if it is too boring😆. There are food tastings and DIYs, and the CP value is high. After the fun You can go cycling nearby and spend a day in Bali, not bad.
It is very convenient to scan the QR code at the counter of the tourist factory to enter. You can visit, take pictures, DIY bracelets and food for an hour and a half without realizing it. It is a good place for hot or rainy days! The only drawback is that it's a bit far from the pier~

You can take a ferry from Tamsui to Bali and enjoy the scenic view. The factory is a little distance from the pier but there are lots of photo opportunities along the way. Interesting DIYs here: you get to do a popcorn bracelet and decorate your own popcorn cone.
