Reviews
It was good, the water was warm and comfortable, and I could swim and play
Phoenix is so good. It's the best for coming with the kids on a healing trip in winter. The unfortunate thing is that the contents of the all-inclusive package announced by Klook are different when you come. It's possible, so I took one star away, but I can spend the whole day in Phoenix. I like it.
It is a package that I am always satisfied with and use. The all-inclusive price is good and good.
Overall satisfaction with the restaurant, the exterior of the building feels a bit dated I wish the entrance was cleaned Cigarette butts and garbage Too messy It would have been nice if the promenade lights were bright until the evening. If there are many guests who came in groups from companies or conferences, only family guests would lose. People who sing excitedly among themselves, get drunk and fall down, lie down and scream. I tried to see which company it was, but I just avoided it because it was a family trip, so I just avoided fighting. They responded well even though I called the desk at 2 am. The service was good. The parking lot was small, and beginners couldn't get out of the car if they came too far in a big car. Depending on the weather in Seopjikoji (foggy, clear, different), the accommodation feels very different. It was very foggy on the first day, so it was a waste of money Um, the weather on the second day is so good, I don't really care about money
Hello customers, this is Klook. Thank you for making a reservation through Klook and leaving a valuable review. First of all, I would like to apologize first for not being satisfied with the trip that should have been enjoyable, regardless of the reason. We will forward your valuable feedback to the local company and strive to improve it so that you can use the service you have reserved satisfactorily through a cleaner environment. Thank you for your understanding, and we will repay you with consistent efforts. KLOOK Customer Review Team's Dream
Seopjikoji Phoenix is also good, but it's so good that I got a discount and made a reservation. 100 points out of 10.~
generally good Everything is perfect, from the surrounding environment to the location.
Not bad Nice ocean view and good location Satisfied, but some of the staff's unprofessionalism and old but not maintained ugliness did not satisfy the price.
The atmosphere in the room is also nice! The all-inclusive plus benefits were also good, so I had a good vacation! Even the food is delicious, making it more memorable. If I had to pick the best part of this Jeju trip, it would be Phoenix All Inclusive Seopjikoji!! It was nice to be able to swim in the outdoor pool thanks to the warm water.
If you are planning a trip to Pyoseon, such as Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, Seopjikoji, Phoenix Jeju is the best.
The location is very good. Before, there was also bulgogi and seaweed, but it was all gone. The sauna management is so messed up that I don't even go there once.
