Trip Briefing + Mountain Gear Tutorial

• The time and location of the class will be announced after successful registration and confirmation of the trip.
• The class will be held no later than 7 days before departure. Please remember to bring your gear on the day so we can check its suitability.
• Class time is mainly from 19:00-20:00, and the location is in Taipei City.
• If you cannot attend the class due to time or location constraints, you can inquire online. Make-up classes are not available.

Pre-trip Preparation

• It is recommended to acclimate your body to the low-oxygen, low-pressure environment of high mountains, as well as the pacing rhythm of uphill climbs.
• Disposing of trash and food waste is strictly prohibited in the fragile alpine environment. Please protect the beautiful mountains and forests by packing your trash in garbage bags and taking it down the mountain with you.

Cancellation Policy

• If the Central Weather Bureau issues a sea or land typhoon warning that overlaps with any day of the trip, the trip will be canceled and postponed or refunded. If the group has already departed, related expenses such as transportation, guide fees, mountain meals, and other costs will be deducted.
• On the day of departure, if the Central Weather Bureau issues a heavy rain warning or higher for the destination county/city (e.g., Taichung City for Xue Mountain), the trip will be canceled and postponed or refunded. If the group has already departed, related expenses such as transportation, guide fees, mountain meals, and other costs will be deducted.
• After the trip has started, if the trip is interrupted due to irresistible factors such as road closures or landslides, related expenses such as transportation, guide fees, mountain meals, and other costs will be deducted.
