Ferry Transfers from Ishigaki Island by Anei Kanko

Reliable and fast trip to a very beautiful island. For the price, in addition to the beach holiday, you can have a lovely day in nature and in the village and get to know the life of the people.

I used it to go from Ishigaki Island to Taketomi Island. When you arrive at the port, redeem at the counter on your right and go to the dock. Since I could purchase the ticket in advance, I was able to board the ship without any hassle even when I went to the last minute. It was good that I was able to make a reservation with points.

You can make a reservation in advance, so there is a sense of security. It was easy to redeem. I would like to use it next time I go to Ishigaki Island.

one thing to notice, the ticket can only be redeemed on the same day of your travel because they might be cancelled. the ferry was big and clean.

The price is reasonable. It is very convenient as we could avoid the long queue. We saved time and were more leisure to enjoy our journey

I was able to exchange the reserved voucher smoothly at the counter. I was able to take a walk around the terminal because I was able to keep my large luggage until 10 minutes before departure. The return flight from Hateruma Island was almost full, so it's better to head to the platform early!

The ship didn't rock much and it was very cool and comfortable even though it was extremely hot outside. The time was right on schedule so I was able to use it with peace of mind. There were quite a few passengers, and some of them brought a lot of luggage, so I think it would be a good idea to go a little early and line up. Thank you very much.

Everything worked fine except that my ferry got cancelled due to the weather (I read that it is likely to got cancelled). I could take another ferry and a bus, and the trip was comfortable. The communication with them was kind of hard as I can not speak Japanese and their English was limited, but they really tried. I hope I understood everything correctly and that my return trip will work fine as well.

I heard that tickets might be sold out on the day, so I bought them in advance. I was glad that I could buy them cheaper than buying them on the day, but I didn't know that there was a fuel fee? I had to pay about 1,500 yen per person on top of the ticket price. I think it would be better if the price was more clearly stated.
