Hard Rock Cafe in Orchard

I can say their service & food was so good! They have in house deal as well at $15 nett & it’s same deal with klook. Their ribs are good and the cheese burger also nice, will definitely come back again to try others!

Bought the CNY lunch deal promo at $15, came with a free hard rock cafe mask. Note that they have a lunch deal inhouse that is $15 too so klook's benefit was the mask only. Baby back ribs was good and the ice cream was rich. Service was great too.

It's a good deal. The food was good. Service pretty good too. Masks are made in USA. However we were surprised to see that actually the restaurant was already having it's own $15 weekday set lunch consisting of the exact same items. So this means I paid $7 for a mask that I actually didn't really need.

Is a great place for family to gather and celebrate their special occasion,eg Birthday. The food is good with constant quality. Have been celebrating birthdays and anniversary n even Valentine day at hardrock . Whenever we travel oversea, we will dine in hardrock too.

The food is good and the staffs are polite and helpful. The baby ribs are juicy and the jumbo starter taste good. Family with kids will enjoy dining there without any worried on Covid 19 as the staff will sanities the area after used. Overall, the ambient is comfortable and service is great.Will be going back again in 2 weeks time for my kids birthday.

Nice environment for dine in. I visited during lunch hour at 12 plus and it was almost full house. They have lunch deal $15 similar with Klook. Price was affordable and food portion was sufficient. There are multiple selection for $15 such as burger or pasta.

Amazing experience! The staff are extremely polite and they checked in on diners needs regularly. The food portions were big. As soon as we ordered the soups and drinks were served first. The mains came shortly after. Diners can also enjoy 20% off items purchased at the hard rock shop situated within hard rock cafe upon presentation of dine-in receipt. We went on children's day and we did not make a reservation and since they were almost full housd we were given bar top seats which were good as well!

Make sure to make reservation, as there can be a lot people especially during holidays. We had to wait a bit and eventually we were given a spot at the bar area. We ordered the cheese burger and baby back ribs. The food was great. The service was splendid. The staff was very helpful.

Easy to redeem. food was good but not scrumptious.

Place wasn't crowded on a weekday. The minestrone soup was a little diluted. Main course was nice though.
