Ramayana Buffet at King Power Duty Free

We had bought this in Oct 2017. The place is so far away from Bangkok. There was no free to and fro transport from Pullman Hotel . Had to spend a bomb to travel by Taxi. Food was tasteless and nothing to relish. Even many of the staff did not where the buffet section is. The place was extremely crowded with busloads of Chinese tourists. Overall complete waste of time and money

I'm giving it a high rating because we never made it to this reservations as we got the location in-correct and went to the Power King under renovation.

A good place to take a rest and eat some foods. Price is reasonable.

The voucher was easy to use, food was nice. Worth it!!!

Very convenient, right in the royal duty-free shop, after eating buy and buy, there is free bus, very happy!

Food served is worth the money. Restaurant and duty free all in one place. What a big convenience! Drop by as soon as you arrived Bangkok. After shopping, shuttle service is provided to Bangkok City proper.

Very unrecommended, the reasons include 1. The restaurant is in a corner, and even where the building management do not know where, find a long time to find 2. After the arrival of the restaurant, the counter requires a tour guide to enter for dinner, even if I told him that I have passed He still could not understand Klook's payment. Until one of his tour guides who said he could translate it, the tour guide explained it and confirmed it on the counter. 3. The meal was very rare and it was not delicious. It was not worth the price. 4. The environment was of poor quality. Chopsticks oil, and even the edges of the table have not clean the rice with food residue (has provided photos to klook personnel) 5. Next to all the Chinese mainland passengers, super noisy!

This was horrible. The info on KLOOK website has stated that there was a Ramayana Restaurant at King Power Downrowm Complex. This is true but the problem was that the restaurant there had closed for renovations. I had no idea about this and I had went to the complex there only to find out then. I then went to KLOOK website again and they stated that there is a shuttle bus going from Pullman Hotel to the other complex with Ramayana Buffet. Pullman Hotel was close to where I was at so I called the Hotel to inquire about the shuttle bus. Yet again the staff told me that the shuttle bus service was not carried out anymore and so I was not able to go to my booking and I had to forfeit my booking. KLOOK should really update their websites as this has caused me a lot of trouble for one booking and I couldn't even get a refund. Was very angry and disappointed and would not recommend booking for this at KLOOK. KLOOK didn't even offer assistance even when I called to try to change my booking.
