- Driver contact information will be notified via SMS one day before departure. Please stay tuned.
- Passengers can choose their own chartered route. For a 4-hour trip, they can select 3 to 4 attractions; for an 8-hour trip, they can select up to 7 attractions. The actual itinerary will be adjusted based on the time spent at each attraction.
- If you choose a customized itinerary, an additional fee will be charged based on the route and pick-up/drop-off locations. Please pay the driver in cash on-site.
- If the pick-up or drop-off location is not within Hualien City, the train station, the airport, or remote areas, an additional fee will be charged based on the distance and paid directly to the driver on-site (refer to the detailed plan for more information).
- Considering time management and visitor safety, if certain attractions cannot be visited due to weather or other reasons, the driver will inform you on the day.
- If, due to personal reasons such as being late, you fail to board the designated vehicle, or during the trip you do not return to the pick-up point at the specified time, no refund will be provided, nor will rescheduling be possible.

📢 Important Notice for Taroko Gorge Tours (Please Read)
Due to the impact of the April 3 earthquake, Taroko National Park is currently under traffic control regulations. Entry into the park is subject to designated release times set by the authorities.
Current entry release schedule: • 07:00–08:00 • 10:00 (queue-based entry only) • 12:00–13:00 • 15:00 (queue-based entry only) • 17:00–17:30
Passengers planning to visit Taroko Gorge are kindly requested to arrange their itinerary according to the park’s release schedule.
🚫 Restricted Entry Period: • From 17:30 daily, entry from Tianxiang to the Taroko entrance is prohibited (exit only)
🌙 Night Closure: • The entire route is closed daily from 18:30 to 07:00 the following morning

we booked this because its cheaper than hiring a private car but skeptical because its mandarin speaking. so we thought it will be alright since it will just follow an itinerary. but as soon as the driver arrives we were greeted with the most friendliest driver in Taiwan and he tries to speak in English. so that matter is not even a problem. he takes our photos too. so yes, this package is worth it. for future voucher buyer, i hope u manage to get Mr. Zhang as your driver. 4hrs is alright. we even hiked the trail at Takoro Gorge for an hour. highly recommended this one.
Our driver, Mr. Zhang Shiliang, was very responsible, introducing coastal attractions while driving. We visited a total of 6 attractions, and we could decide how long to stay at each one, making the itinerary very flexible. My favorite attraction was the Dashibi Mountain Trail, which was really easy to walk. Although it was drizzling, the rain had its own charm, but I was looking forward to seeing the blue ocean and sky even more! We also went to a cafe on the edge of a cliff, which the driver recommended along the way. Enjoying afternoon tea while admiring the sea view was super chill♡
The coastal tour is beautiful and fun. We arrived at hualien in the late morning so could only start the tour at arnd noon. Sad that we can't maximise it cos the sky was dark by 5ish/6. We ended the tour earlier since the starbuck was closed during cny and it was raining at night and we can't visit the park and night market.
Our driver, Cao Wenbin, picked us up on time at the designated location. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and he thoughtfully introduced us to Hualien's attractions and local stories along the way. He managed the pace of the trip perfectly, never rushing us, allowing us to take great photos and explore each spot at our leisure. We especially appreciate the driver proactively taking photos for us throughout the journey. From Taroko Gorge and Qingshui Cliff to Qixingtan Beach, we thoroughly enjoyed every stop and made many wonderful memories. Overall, the trip was very smooth; the driver's friendly demeanor and well-planned route allowed us to relax and enjoy our journey.

We do not speak Chinese but we had no problem communicating with our driver. He was very accomodating and went far and beyond in accompanying and taking care of us. He always offered to take our photos and the places we went to are really breathtaking. Highly recommended!

Our chartered car experience in Hualien was excellent, and a special thanks to Brother Hao Kun-cheng! What impressed me most was the Qingshui Cliffs; they were truly stunning and completely exceeded my expectations! The best part of this activity was our driver James Zhang (Zhang Junwei). We customized our itinerary. He maintained them very generously. Moreover, he showed us places that we have not included in the list. He is very friendly and helpful person stopped every single places plenty amount of time and helped to capture ample pictures. We captured more than a thousands picture. I surely recommend this activity and probably mention Zhang's name to have a pleasant Taroko visit.
