- Altis/Camry: 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage is allowed
- Pets cannot be accommodated

The car was in good condition, but it was clear that as soon as I left customs, I saw the pick-up person. The driver had a good attitude and was very professional. He also introduced us to local characteristics along the way.
The chartered driver, Awan, was very professional and courteous. He recommended different attractions for us and helped us take photos and videos along the way. Finally, we took photos and made a video as a souvenir.
The driver is punctual and polite, driving safely! The trunk is comfortable and holds a lot of luggage.
Service was great. The info on the Klook site that’s in English is a little confusing and some of the confirmation was in a combo of Chinese and English so I sent an email to the car transfer company listed in the confirmation. They responded quickly that a driver would contact me via WhatsApp and he did within a few hours. The confusing part of the booking was the pickup location being listed as the airport, but I had booked a transfer between Yilan and Taipei. Once I chatted with the driver via WhatsApp all was correct and worked out great!
Cleanliness: Good Vehicle Type: Appropriate Service: The driver was excellent, contacted me a day in advance, and arrived earlier than scheduled to prepare for the hotel pickup.
