Application Steps

• After booking, please add the supplier's LINE@ from the voucher and provide your order number.
• The agency supplier will provide the [US ESTA Electronic Travel Application Form] via LINE during business hours.
• After filling out the form, provide a photocopy of your passport (passport validity must be more than 6 months), photocopies of both sides of your ID card (for those under 14 without an ID card, a photocopy of the household registration book can be provided; for foreign nationals, please provide the English first and last names of parents), an electronic file of a 2-inch color photo with a white background, and basic information to the agency supplier.
• A dedicated person will apply for the US Electronic Travel Authorization.
• If the basic information is incomplete, causing the visa content to be unable to be filled out smoothly, the processing days will be delayed.

Processing Days

• Estimated processing days: 4 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays); if the basic information is incomplete, causing the visa content to be unable to be filled out smoothly, the processing days will be delayed.
• The order date is the date the application is accepted.
• The calculation of processing days begins after the traveler has all the required documents.
• After electronic authorization and issuance, the supplier will send it to the email address provided in the customer's order.

Important Notes

• From November 1, 2012, citizens holding a Republic of China ordinary chip passport (must have an ID number) and eligible for the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) for stays of 90 days or less must apply for ESTA to enter the United States without a visa.
• If ESTA authorization is rejected, no refund will be given.
• Entering the United States with an ESTA visa is only applicable to flights departing from Taiwan.
• If the passport validity is less than one year, the ESTA validity will only be issued until the passport expiration date.
• Must be used according to the reserved date and within the open hours of that day; it will expire if overdue.
• Please do not book flights, hotels, or other itineraries before the visa is processed.
• Electronic file of a 2-inch color photo with a white background; the photo must be a JPG file, cannot be the same as the passport photo, and wearing sunglasses, hats, or masks is prohibited.

ESTA Electronic Travel Authorization Related Information

• Travel authorization (ESTA) is usually valid for two years, or until your passport expires if it has less than two years of validity. ESTA will provide the ESTA expiration date upon approval of the application, and you can enter and exit the United States multiple times within the validity period.
• If any of the following situations occur, a new ESTA application must be submitted: the traveler renews a new passport, changes name, changes gender, changes nationality, or the answers provided in the previous ESTA application are no longer correct.
• Travelers holding ESTA should check their ESTA status on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) website before traveling to the United States.
• If ESTA authorization is rejected, a handling fee of TWD150 must be paid.
• Once the provided information is entered, it cannot be changed. If changes are needed, it will be considered a new application.
