I went on September 21st. It was sunny for the first time after four consecutive holidays, so I arrived at the park just at 9:30, but the parking lot was already congested. I arrived at the parking lot around 10 o'clock and went to the ticket sales window, but the ranger tour ticket I was looking for was already sold out.
