Carnival Luxury Day Cruise: Ha Long Bay with Sung Sot, Titop Island

Everything about this tour was perfect. The first time it popped up on Klook, I was a bit skeptical because it only had ten reviews. However, I think that is because the cruise 🛳 is new. Inside the boat was brand new. Our hosts, Nam and Harry, were absolutely lovely as well. The tour wasn't super packed as we went during the low season, I think. The food was top-notch 👌🏾 😋, absolutely delicious, fresh, and plentiful. The activities felt a bit rushed, but this has nothing to do with Carnival Cruise. I think each activity place just had a time limit for each cruise line. Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our time and are glad I booked with Carnival Cruise. 💯 will book them again.

We booked a Carnival cruise, but were told to cancel it the day before departure and have to switch to the sister cruise Maia Cruise. This ship is very new and beautiful, the staff on the ship are very nice, the seafood dinner at noon is also good, we went to Surprise Cave, Mysterious Cave and Paradise Island is great, and the scenery of Halong Bay is beautiful!

It was probably one of the best cruise companies you can find. Everything went very smoothly, although traffic delays sometimes made it hard to stay on schedule. However, this is a common issue in Vietnam. What truly stood out was the crew. They were amazing and did their best to make sure everyone was well taken care of. The food was good, and the facilities were nice. It was definitely worth spending our vacation on.

We enjoyed our cruise as a family with Carnival cruise. Food was good, activities were fun. Our cruise manager and tour guide Mr Bean was very engaging, jovial and very attentive towards his guest. Overall very satisfactory experience 😊

Crews are really nice and helpful who attended to our every needs with quality services. Highly recommended to everyone.

First of all, this cruise is great. They do not have many reviews because they are one of the newest boats in the bay, not because they do not do a good job. The new ship is beautiful, the facilities all work, and the staff really make efforts. The food was A LOT and everything was delicious. (We paid extra for a private transfer because we felt it was worth it for our party of 4, so I cannot rate for the group transfer.) There are billions of the cruises in this bay, but I would recommend Carnival to all my friends! Thank you Hoang Vu Linh for the excellent customer service!!!!

After having previously travelled to Halong Bay on 4-5 trips, this cruise is by far the very best and exceeded expectations! Everything from the bus transfer, staff, service, food, facilities and intinerary were exceptional. We were a group of 5 and loved the experience so much and want to make a special mentioned to our Cruise Manager, Nam. He made it even more special and was so hospitable and went over and above. Boat was so new and the generous servings of food was amazing. Lovely showers and everything was so clean, spacious and not overcrowded. Highly recommend Carnival Cruises!

It was a really nice tour, even on a foggy/not sunny day. We also joined the speedboat tour that wasn’t included in the price. It was 15USD per person and really worth it. Mr. Bean was really helpful and did everything to make it a nice experience. Would recommend!
