Child policy

  • Small children under 5 years old should be secured in a child restraint seat for transportation, please bring a child restraint seat
  • Children under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult
  • Baby seat & Booster seat: prior reservations are required in order to guarantee availability, please fill in "Extra information" before booking
  • Baby seat is for children weighing less than 18 kg, Booster seat is for children weithing less than 36 kg

Delayed flight

  • Less than 24 hours before the transfer, to cancel or modify, please call operator on +33 (0) 141471313 between 8:00am and 8:00pm, 7 days a week

Activation Procedure

CDG/ ORY Airport to Paris (Arrival)

Paris - CDG/ ORY Airport (Departure)

  • Please call operator at +33 (0) 1 4147 1313 one day before the service date between 8am and 8pm in order to reconfirm the pick-up time
  • The van will normally arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time. For example, if your pickup time is 10:00am, the van will typically arrive between 10:00am and 10:15am
  • Please be completely ready to go and wait at your pickup location at the beginning of your pickup window
