Reviews
Guide (AXXA) was mainly promoting her own country (talking about how her country is better than Japan etc.) instead of talking about Japan. Felt like it wasn’t a guide for Enoshima, Japan. Overall it was ok but felt it could have been better if it was a different guide.
A village dating back to Yoritomo's shogunate government in 1192, Kamakura lies amid wooded hills filled with Buddhist temples and Shinto shrines. Enoshima beach has many restaurants on the beach. Warm water and big waves. The island is just perfect for one day round trip from city center. You can sitting next to the Pacific ocean and try the small fresh fish. Enoshima beach has many restaurants on the beach. Warm water and big waves. Nan Jia, the tour guide made ever stop extra special with details explanations. Nan Jia was very kind and patient and I hight recommend her tour.
Unexpectedly, we met the tour guide Allan Tan from gogoday in this group. The itinerary in Kamakura was arranged perfectly. We went to the Great Buddha of Kamakura, took the Enoden to the anime attraction Kamakura High School Station, went to Enoshima Shrine, and saw Mount Fuji and Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine from the top of Enoshima Tower. The itinerary was rich and colorful. Thank you tour guide Allan🙏🙏🙏
Very nice tour guide Anna Hayashida, Klook is very easy to use, and there are quite a few one-day tours to choose from.
The transportation is very convenient for participating in such a one-day tour. I saw the Kamakura Buddha and also went to Enoshima ~ It’s great👍
Quite a special one-day trip to Kamakura Enoshima. It was the first time to travel in a nine-seater small group. The 1st/1st of the trip happened to be the Chinese New Year in Japan. Method ~ First take us to see the Slam Dunk Level Crossing Road and take pictures ~ Then take us to take the tram 🚃 to see the Big Buddha, and then take the tram to Komachi-dori (Hachimangu Shrine) after watching the crowds, or have a lunch and take the tram to Enoshima for a stroll , I also experienced taking a boat to enjoy Mount Fuji and the rock house caves at the farthest point of Enoshima. The itinerary was well arranged, but it was really inconvenient when there were too many people on big festivals.
The meet up place is easily reachable. The tour was small (group of 4), with the tour guide speaking in English and Chinese perfectly. With the laid back itinerary, we were able to maximize all attractions without the need to rush things.
The tour guide Xiao Zhang praised 👍 and shared a lot of local allusions and stories, and also recommended a lot of local delicacies^_^
The weather was very good that day. The itinerary is tight and a bit tiring, but you can see many scenic spots and it is worth it. You can take the tram, which is another experience.
It’s fast and convenient, so you don’t have to worry about taking the bus to Kamakura. The seats are a little small, but the journey goes smoothly.
