Terms and Conditions of the Event

1. Tickets and Ordering

• 1.1 Space Exhibition tickets are available for all ages. One ticket is required per person for entry (except for infants in arms aged 1 year or below). Except for school-exclusive sessions, all children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult to enter. Participants of the Variety Reality Game must be aged 12 or above, with one ticket required per person for entry. Tickets for all events must be purchased through officially designated ticketing sales points. The organizer will not recognize the validity of tickets purchased through other unauthorized channels.
• 1.2 Each ticket is valid only for the specified date and time slot. Latecomers or expired tickets will be handled individually by the organizer, whose decision shall be final.
• 1.3 Each ticket admits one person for a single entry only. Visitors will not be allowed to re-enter using the same ticket after leaving the venue.
• 1.4 All package offers require entry together for the same session. Tickets cannot be split, used separately, or used for batch entry across different sessions. Additional tickets purchased on top of a package must also be bound to the same session as the original package.
• 1.5 The organizer may launch time-limited or promotional discount code tickets from time to time (if applicable). Persons holding relevant discount codes may purchase standard tickets at a discounted price during the designated period, provided that such offers cannot be used in conjunction with other package offers and do not include limited-edition commemorative gifts.
• 1.6 The blind box add-on offer is only applicable to persons who purchase exhibition tickets through the Klook ticketing platform. Failure to present a valid Klook exhibition ticket will render the add-on transaction invalid, and the organizer will arrange a refund after deducting processing fees.

2. Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

• 2.1 Once tickets are paid for, refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, the organizer will assist in arranging session changes under the following circumstances: (a) The exhibition is canceled or postponed due to reasons attributable to the organizer (including but not limited to venue issues, force majeure events); (b) The Hong Kong Observatory issues a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above during the scheduled admission time slot, which continues until the start of the event, and the organizer announces the cancellation of the session.
• 2.2 If the above conditions are met, the organizer will announce the session change arrangements and application methods through the official website and ticketing platform.
• 2.3 No refunds or reissues will be granted for failure to attend due to personal reasons (including but not limited to itinerary changes, arriving late, or misunderstanding the event time and location).
• 2.4 The organizer will not be responsible for reissuing or compensating for lost, damaged, or stolen tickets.

3. Admission Instructions and Code of Conduct

• 3.1 Ticket holders must present a valid ticket (electronic or physical) upon entry.
• 3.2 Subject to government departments and venue regulations, an hourly admission cap is in place. The organizer will arrange ticket holders to enter in batches based on actual on-site crowds. However, actual admission times may be delayed due to on-site conditions; your attention and patience in following staff instructions are greatly appreciated.
• 3.3 Smoking, eating, drinking, bringing hazardous items (such as sharp objects, flammable items), and pets (except guide dogs) are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Bags, boxes, and luggage exceeding 55 x 35 x 20 cm, as well as strollers, long umbrellas, folding stools, folding chairs, and similar items, are not allowed into the venue. Such items can be stored at the cloakroom outside the venue.
• 3.4 The entire Space Exhibition experience is estimated to last 45 to 60 minutes. The organizer reserves the right, based on actual crowd conditions, to require visitors staying longer than 60 minutes to complete the final exhibition zone and leave the venue according to staff instructions without any compensation.
• 3.5 The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or require them to leave the venue without explaining the reasons, including but not limited to: condition suspected to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs, disorderly behavior, violation of venue rules, etc.
• 3.6 The organizer reserves the right to temporarily adjust admission arrangements (including batch admission and ticket sales suspension) due to crowd control, unexpected situations, or other reasons.

4. Health and Safety

• 4.1 Parts of the Space Exhibition zones will feature sound and lighting effects that may cause transient sensory discomfort. Visitors should ensure their own health conditions are suitable for entering the exhibition.
• 4.2 To create ambiance, some exhibition zones have dim lighting or uneven flooring. All visitors, especially children, the elderly, and pregnant women, should pay close attention to on-site notices when walking or interacting with exhibits in the venue. If visitors feel uneasy in dim environments or have related needs, they may request accompanying staff assistance for the tour. However, due to on-site routes and display effects, this arrangement may not yield the exact same optimal viewing experience as other visitors.
• 4.3 The Variety Reality Game is a highly interactive, immersive reality game. The activity space may be relatively dark and enclosed, featuring smoke and sudden loud noises (including but not limited to balloon or prop explosion sound effects). Individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, claustrophobia, epilepsy, respiratory diseases, pregnant women, or those recently injured or feeling unwell should carefully assess whether they are suitable for participation.
• 4.4 All participants must ensure their physical condition is suitable for participating in this activity prior to ticket purchase and entry. If you feel any dizziness, shortness of breath, or sensory discomfort during the activity, you should immediately notify on-site staff to suspend the game and move to the rest area.
• 4.5 The organizer has implemented reasonable safety measures in accordance with relevant laws and industry guidelines. However, participants must understand and voluntarily assume the reasonable risks associated with participating in such immersive interactive activities (including emotional tension, being startled by sudden noises, etc.) and must comply with on-site staff instructions at all times. The organizer shall not be liable for any discomfort or accidents caused by pre-existing health conditions undisclosed by participants or violations of on-site safety guidelines.

5. Photography, Videography, and Social Media

• 5.1 Space Exhibition: Except for exhibition zones explicitly marked as photography-prohibited, visitors may take photos and videos for non-commercial commemorative use. Variety Reality Game: Except for areas explicitly marked as photography-prohibited or designated confidential game segments, visitors may take photos and videos for non-commercial commemorative use.
• 5.2 The use of flash, tripods, selfie sticks (unless otherwise indicated by the venue), or commercial recording equipment is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from the organizer.
• 5.3 The organizer and its representatives may take photos and videos during the exhibition for future promotional purposes, and your image may be captured. If you do not wish to be filmed, please proactively inform the on-site staff. Otherwise, this implies your consent for the organizer and its affiliates to permanently use the relevant image materials in any form of publicity, advertising, or public relations materials.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• 6.1 Exhibition content, exhibits, and schedules are subject to change without individual notice. All matters are subject to the latest announcements by the organizer.

7. Force Majeure

• 7.1 If the exhibition is postponed, modified, or canceled due to acts of God, war, epidemics, government decrees, strikes, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the organizer, the organizer shall not bear any liability. However, reasonable efforts will be made to make alternative arrangements or handle refunds in accordance with Article 2.
