• Seasonal products are affected by weather. If roads are closed due to weather conditions on the day of departure, we will contact you promptly to change your travel method or travel date.

If you do not receive a notification from customer service, you can contact your trip manager via the supplier's email on the confirmation slip.
• Minors under the age of 18 cannot travel alone; at least one adult must accompany them on the trip.

• If a refund is issued for the difference in ticket prices, the refund amount will be based on the difference in the travel agency's procurement agreement price, not the scenic area's public selling price. Please be aware of this.

• Bus tours and 12-person groups will disband near Harbin Central Street upon return. The return time for all groups on the same day is for reference only; it is not recommended to depart from Harbin by plane or high-speed train on the same day.
• All scenic spots require original ID cards/passports/Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the original identification documents of the travelers filled in when placing the order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to personal reasons (e.g., forgetting to bring original documents, not providing identification information in time), any additional expenses incurred will be at your own cost.
• Children's height of 120CM refers to height with shoes on, not barefoot height. Please be sure to confirm the height. If the staff at the scenic spot measures a height exceeding the limit upon arrival, the extra cost will need to be borne by yourself. Thank you for your understanding.
• There may be a wait for group shuttle services. Staff will arrange them in the order of arrival, so there may be time differences. We appreciate your understanding.
• Meal packages may experience dining delays due to high occupancy during peak seasons (Christmas/New Year's Day/Chinese New Year/winter vacation/weekends). The specific dining time will be subject to the day's arrangements. Thank you for your understanding.
• For coach tours/12-person groups, if the number of participants does not reach 6, dinner will not be included; if the 12-person group does not reach 8 participants, a Chinese-speaking guide will not be included; mini-groups/private tours do not include dinner or a Chinese-speaking guide.
• For group travel, please gather and return at the time agreed upon with the staff. If you are late due to personal reasons and fail to gather or return on time, you will be responsible for any resulting costs.
• The sightseeing times, meeting times, and dismissal times for attractions in the itinerary are for reference only and may be adjusted based on the traffic/passenger flow on the day. Accompanying staff have the right to adjust the sequence of activities without changing the content of the tour. If the itinerary is affected by non-human force majeure factors, the travel agency will assist guests in resolving the issue but will not bear the resulting losses, and any expenses incurred will be borne by the guests themselves.
• Most of the activities on this itinerary, such as snowmobiling up Mount Datudingzi, visiting the Ice and Snow Gallery, and accommodation, are located in the mountains and forests. Please be mindful of fire safety and do not smoke.
• There may be cultural and creative stores or souvenir shops within the scenic area, at the scenic area exit, along the way at rest stops, and in restaurants. Please choose voluntarily and purchase cautiously. When purchasing goods, please ask for an invoice and keep it properly. If you shop in these places, it is a personal act and has no relation to the travel agency.

What to bring

• Change of clothes / Toiletries / Towel / Valid ID / Passport (with 6 months validity)
• Clothing: During winter tours in Northeast China, the temperatures in all cities visited are relatively low, ranging from 0℃ to -20℃, and in some places can reach below -30℃. The temperature difference between indoors and outdoors is significant, so clothing should be as loose as possible for easy layering. Due to the dry climate in the Northeast and the prevalence of heating indoors and in tour buses, it doesn't feel very cold. Generally, a down jacket, a sweater, and a pair of thermal pants are sufficient for most places, except for ski resorts.
• Shoes: Foot care is very important. It's best to have a pair of fur boots with thick, non-slip soles. The shoe size should preferably be slightly larger, so you can add a cotton pad or wear a pair of thick socks for warmth.
• Warmth-retaining equipment: Please wear soft, light-textured cold-proof gloves and scarves, cotton hats, or earmuffs; if you want to take beautiful and diverse photos, you can prepare several hats of different colors and styles, or exchange them with your companions. If you cannot buy them locally or it is inconvenient to carry them with you, you can also choose to buy some good quality and inexpensive suitable items in the first city you arrive at in the Northeast, where there are more textures and varieties to choose from.
• Skincare: You should bring your own moisturizer and lip balm. Bring some oilier balm-type skincare products to prevent rough and chapped skin. Apply some moisturizer and lip balm every day before going out. The moisturizer only needs to be used on your face and hands.
• Eye protection: In winter in the north, there is usually heavy snow, and the reflection from the snow is strong. You should wear sunglasses when going out to protect your eyes. A pair of sunglasses should be prepared to prevent the sunlight reflected from the snow from hurting your eyes.
• Anti-slip: When walking on ice or snow, remember the saying: "Don't lift your feet high when walking, take small sliding steps so you don't fall, don't put your hands in your pockets, so falling won't be unexpected." When walking on ice and snow, your knees should be slightly bent and your body's center of gravity should lean forward, which makes it less likely to slip.
• Snacks: Due to lower temperatures, the required calories increase accordingly. You can carry small packs of snacks such as chocolate or beef jerky to replenish energy at any time; in cold and dry northern regions, you often feel thirsty, so it is recommended that you bring some throat lozenges for use during your trip.
