- Tour schedule might differ due to weather and sea conditions
- Rain in Southern Thailand is very unpredictable and can happen anytime, especially in monsoon season from May until December. Even if it rains, the tour is guaranteed to happen if conditions are safe, and no refund will be granted. If we determine that conditions are unsafe, we will cancel and offer you to reschedule to another day or get a full refund

- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
How to use
Pick-up information
- Please select the package that corresponds to your hotel's area at checkout. Please note that the pickup fee for Krabi Town and Khlong Muang is already included in the package price
- Pickup in Krabi Town or Khlong Muang is available between 7:50 AM and 8:10 AM with a shared transfer
- Pickup in Ao Nang between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM with a shared transfer
- Pick up at Railay is not available
