• There will be especially many people before and after the fireworks display (evening to night). Please be considerate of those around you and act cooperatively.
• Please be careful not to spread out tripods too widely or cut in front of people, so as not to disturb other tourists.
• The main points to note when visiting Tsuruga Castle (Aizuwakamatsu Castle) are that the castle tower only has stairs, fires are strictly prohibited in the park and smoking areas are designated, and rules within the building and on the premises must be observed. Movement inside the castle tower is via stairs. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes when visiting the castle. Please follow the guidance provided inside the castle tower regarding photography rules. Entry may be restricted during crowded times or if you have symptoms such as fever.
• Regarding precautions at Aizu Sazaedo, please visit in comfortable walking shoes. High heels and sandals are very dangerous because anti-slip slats are installed on the slopes. Since there is an incline, backpacks and shoulder bags that allow you to keep both hands free are recommended. The hall is narrow, and there are places where you need to be careful of your head, so please deposit large luggage in coin lockers or similar to travel light. The interior is not stairs, but a spiral, inclined slope. For the maintenance and management of the hall, please be careful not to graffiti or damage the pillars and walls.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• Participants are advised dress appropriately for this activity (long pants, long-sleeved shirt or scarf to cover shoulders, and closed shoes)
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
• For smooth entry, please refrain from wearing flip flops, shorts, tank tops, or sleeveless shirts
• The following items are prohibited: drones
• Pets are prohibited
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
• Flash photography is/are strictly prohibited inside the attraction
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
• Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility

What to bring

• It is not uncommon for temperatures to drop below freezing. Please go out in very warm clothing, such as a down coat, gloves, a hat, and earmuffs.
• The ground is slippery with snow and ice. It is safer to choose snow boots with deep grooves or those with non-slip soles.

Cancellation policy
