Thai Food 101 Adventure — part cooking class, part scavenger hunt, part crash course, part eating like a local. Four hours, one tuk-tuk, and lots of food. It starts with a mission at Khlong Toei, Bangkok’s biggest fresh market, your guide hands you a list of ingredients to track down and knows exactly which vendors to trust. Then a tuk-tuk snack hunt through backstreets, turning Bangkok into your first course, with a garden stop for a refreshing drink in between. In the kitchen, you learn make a Thai drink and cook a real Thai dish from what you just bought, guided step-by-step. Then you eat with the people you cooked with (more dishes served by us). Before you leave, pack a few snacks for the road home. Choose your regional menu. Start the day a tourist, leave knowing Thai food.
