• ・Infants under 1 year old who do not occupy a seat or bed can participate for free. One adult is limited to bringing one infant who does not occupy a seat or bed. If there are companions, please indicate this in the "Remarks" field when placing the order.
• ・Vehicle type used: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. When a small group travels, a driver who also serves as an escort will be arranged to provide full travel services, without an additional tour leader. After arriving at the attractions, you are free to visit them. Please be aware of this.
• ・Due to limited space in the luggage compartment, each person is limited to one large suitcase on board. If you have more than two pieces, please inform us in the remarks section. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Meals are not included for children under 2 years old.
• The accommodation hotel is mainly provided according to the itinerary description; if it is full, a hotel of the same level will be provided.

• The maple leaf season may vary slightly each year due to weather and other factors, resulting in different conditions for the autumn foliage. • In accordance with Japanese customs, individuals with tattoos are prohibited from entering hot spring facilities. We appreciate your understanding.
• Bus seats and restaurant seats used during the experience tour may be shared with other travelers in the same group, depending on the tour leader and facility arrangements on the day.
• The opening hours of the hotel's hot spring facilities are subject to the official announcement of the hotel.
• Basically, all hotel rooms are non-smoking. If you secretly smoke and incur a fine, the traveler will be responsible for it.
• On the day of the tour, due to road conditions or other factors, the time spent at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be canceled. The return arrival time may also be significantly delayed, so please avoid arranging activities for that evening. Your understanding is appreciated.
• The itinerary order is for reference only, and the travel agency reserves the right to make adjustments.

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 10 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
