The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of participants on the day of departure. Driver-guides primarily focus on driving, with commentary as a secondary role.
• 【Regarding Force Majeure】Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impact on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on site. We ask for your understanding, and this cannot be used as a reason to request a refund.
• 【About Late Refunds】As the one-day tour is a carpooling service, if you are late at the meeting point or attraction, we will not wait and no refund will be given. Please be aware.
• 【About Vehicle Models】Reference models: 5-8 seater vehicles: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater vehicles: Toyota HAICE or similar; 18-22 seater vehicles: small bus; 22+ seater vehicles: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and the actual vehicle will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day of departure.
• 【About Maple Leaves】Due to climate change, the time when maple leaves turn red may be advanced or delayed. Once a group is formed, refunds or complaints about the itinerary cannot be made on the grounds that the maple leaves have not yet turned red. Please be aware.
• 【About the flowering period】The flowering period may be advanced or delayed due to factors such as the climate of the year. In such cases, the itinerary fee will not be refunded.
• [Regarding End Time] Due to the long travel distance, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. It is recommended that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the trip ends. If any losses are incurred due to delays, the supplier will not be liable for compensation.
