Furong Town

• Furong Town, located in Yongshun County, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Hunan Province, was originally named "Wangcun" and boasts a history of over two thousand years. It was once the seat of Xi'an Youyang County. Benefiting from the convenience of water transport on the Youshui River, it has been a bustling commercial port since ancient times, known as the "Thoroughfare between Chu and Shu." In 1986, the classic film "Furong Town," directed by the renowned Xie Jin, was filmed here, bringing the town widespread fame and its official renaming. As a scenic spot that perfectly blends natural wonders with profound history, it attracts countless tourists who come to explore its ancient charm.
• The most breathtaking landmark in the scenic area is undoubtedly the magnificent waterfall that flows through the town, earning Furong Town the reputation of "a thousand-year-old town hanging on a waterfall." The central area of the ancient town is built on towering rocks, with stilt houses featuring distinctive Tujia characteristics built along the cliffs and waterfalls in a staggered fashion, creating a unique and grand spectacle. Strolling along the winding five-mile bluestone street, visitors can not only explore historical sites such as Xizhou Bronze Column and the Tujia Museum but also savor authentic local delicacies like rice tofu and Tujia cured meat, immersing themselves in the rich urban life and Xiangxi folk customs.
• In addition to its ancient charm and beauty during the day, Furong Town's night view is an unmissable visual feast. As night falls, the entire ancient town is illuminated by dazzling lights. • When booking, you only need to select one package and specify a date to complete the order. This date is only a reference date for order confirmation and is not a mandatory requirement for you to enter the park on that day.
• After a successful order, you do not need to visit all scenic spots on the selected day. The tickets within the package are used independently, and you can visit each scenic spot separately at your convenience according to your itinerary.
• For example: If you purchase the Furong Ancient Town + Tianmen Mountain package, you have multiple flexible arrangements – you can choose to visit Tianmen Mountain in the morning and Furong Ancient Town in the afternoon on the same day; or you can choose to visit Tianmen Mountain on the first day and Furong Ancient Town on the second day. If you purchase the Furong Ancient Town + Tianmen Mountain + Forest Park package, you can visit one per day for three days, or finish all three in two days. The order is entirely up to you, with no restrictions.
• Simply put: The essence of a package is to bundle tickets for several scenic spots together, making it convenient for you to purchase them at once and enjoy a more favorable price than buying them individually. You do not need to visit continuously, nor do you need to follow any specific order. Each scenic spot's ticket is independent and can be used on different dates separately. The order of visits is entirely up to your free arrangement.
• After you have determined the specific dates for visiting each scenic spot, please contact our customer service, and we will assist you in confirming the entry times and reservation matters for each scenic spot. Please note that Tianmen Mountain and Forest Park require advance reservations for specific entry time slots, while Furong Ancient Town is relatively flexible. It is recommended to communicate with customer service in advance to confirm and ensure a smooth entry.

Entry Requires Documents

• All scenic spots implement real-name entry. Please bring the original valid identification documents (passport, ID card, Home Return Permit, or Hong Kong and Macao Pass) filled in at the time of booking.
• Please ensure that the name, date of birth, nationality, gender, and document number filled in the order are exactly consistent with the information on your actual identification document. If the information does not match, you will not be able to enter the park, and you will be responsible for the consequences.

Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park:

1. Tianmen Mountain implements timed entry appointments. When purchasing tickets, you need to select a specific entry time slot. Please arrive on time according to the selected time slot; exceeding the time may result in inability to enter.
2. The scenic area tour routes are divided into A, B, and C lines. This ticket defaults to prioritizing line A but does not guarantee it. During peak season, the scenic area will make unified arrangements.
3. If you have special requirements for the route, please contact customer service in advance to make a note.
4. Entry location: Tianmen Mountain ropeway Company Lower Station, Dayong Road, Yongding District, Zhangjiajie City.

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park:

1. Tickets are valid for four days from the selected play date (including the play date). You can enter and exit the scenic area multiple times with the ticket within the validity period.
2. Entry is defaulted from the East Gate, and the tour route is Line B (classic route).
3. If you need to re-enter within the validity period, you must make an appointment in advance through the "Zhangjiajie One-Stop Tour" WeChat mini-program or at the scenic spot.
4. During peak season, the scenic area may uniformly adjust the tour routes based on the daily passenger flow, and you cannot specify them yourself.
5. Entry location: Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie City.

Furong Town:

1. Furong Town tickets include ethnic minority folk performances within the scenic area, which visitors can watch on their own.
2. Tickets include core attractions such as the waterfall, Water Curtain Cave, Flagstone Street, and Tusi Palace.
3. It does not include self-funded items such as the Youshui Gallery boat trip. If you need to take a boat, please purchase tickets separately on site.
4. Watching the waterfall during the day and the night view in the evening is a classic way to visit Furong Town. It is recommended to arrange your time reasonably.
5. Entry location: Furong Town, Yongshun County, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture.

Preparations Before Travel

1. Zhangjiajie weather is changeable, and the temperature in the mountains is lower than in the urban area. It is recommended to bring a windbreaker and rain gear.
2. It is recommended to wear comfortable and non-slip sports shoes, as there are many steps and steep slopes in the scenic area.
3. The sun is strong in the scenic area. It is recommended to take sun protection measures, such as bringing a sun hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen products.
4. It is recommended to carry a small amount of cash and drinking water, as some shops in the scenic area may not support electronic payments.
5. Wild macaques are present in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Please do not carry open food bags to avoid macaques snatching and scratching.

Safety Reminders

1. Tianmen Mountain and the Forest Park have many cliffs. When visiting, strictly adhere to the principle of "walk without sightseeing, sightsee without walking," and strictly prohibit climbing over or scaling railings.
2. Do not run or jump on glass skywalks and high-altitude attractions. Individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, and pregnant women are advised to participate with caution.
3. In case of severe weather such as strong winds, heavy rain, or lightning, the scenic area may temporarily close some attractions or the entire park. Please refer to the on-site announcements of the scenic area.
4. In case of accidental injury or emergency, please contact customer service immediately or seek help from nearby scenic area staff.

Other Precautions

1. Pets are not allowed in any scenic area.
2. The package ticket is a combined product. Once used, partial refunds are not supported, and unused scenic areas will not be refunded.
3. During Chinese legal holidays and peak tourist seasons, the scenic area experiences a large flow of visitors. It is recommended to purchase tickets more than 7 days in advance, otherwise, you may fail to secure tickets.
4. The operational arrangements of the scenic area may be temporarily adjusted due to weather or special circumstances. Please refer to the actual arrangements on the day of your visit.
