Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• Partial refund rules: If due to natural disasters such as weather or highway closures, the company will cancel a certain attraction or replace it with another attraction based on the weather conditions of the day.
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been validated.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity
