【Olympian City‧JUMPTOPIA Racing Crew Training Base】 Signal Hoisted Before Session Starts: If the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted before the start of the event, the attraction will be temporarily closed. It will resume operations within 2 hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal remains hoisted until 4:00 PM, the attraction will remain closed for the entire day. Pre-Informed Signal During Session: If the Hong Kong Observatory announces in advance that the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above will be issued during the event, the attraction will be closed 1 hour prior to the issuance of the signal. If the signal remains hoisted until 4:00 PM, the attraction will remain closed for the entire day. Black Rainstorm Before Session Starts: If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued before the start of the event, the attraction will be temporarily closed until the signal is cancelled. If the signal remains hoisted until 4:00 PM, the attraction will remain closed for the entire day. Black Rainstorm During Session: If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued while the event is in progress, the attraction will remain open as usual. The kids had a decent time playing, but the description didn't mention that one car is shared by two children (meaning with someone they don't know). If friends go together but all the cars are taken, they can't wash together. The description also doesn't explain how the 50-minute session is allocated. For the 50-minute option, it's split into two 25-minute sessions, where you wash one car, then take a break, and then go back in to wash another car for 25 minutes. If that's the case, it would be better to just sell 25-minute sessions. I thought 50 minutes would allow for continuous drawing and washing. Stopping and starting like that makes it less enjoyable.
it was a dream-come-true experience to my boy. helpful and efficient staff by refilling the water tank, the soap….the activity was well organised. A reminder, be prepared you and your kids’ pants might get wet, and no parking privileges for the expenses here.
After booking online, you'll need to go to the venue first to exchange for a wristband, and then schedule your time slot. Since there might be many children on holidays, crowd management is necessary, but the venue is very orderly.
It's not too crowded on weekdays, but on holidays, it's really packed! The venue design is very appealing, and I hope to try the car wash activity next door as well.
It was a fun experience for the kids, able to wash the car and spray with water. We think 25min is good enough. The water runs out and it’s more than enough time for the kids to wash the car.
1. There is no on-site ticket sales, so it's safer to book at least half an hour in advance. For example, if you try to book the 12:00 PM slot at 11:30 AM today, it will likely be sold out. 2. The car wash experience is very novel for children and definitely worth trying. 3. My four-year-old son found 25 minutes with one type of car to be just right. I overheard an older boy next to us playing for 50 minutes, switching to a different car after 25 minutes. 4. Raincoats and shoe covers are provided on-site, so you don't need to bring your own, which is very convenient! 👍🏻
We opted for the 25-minute option (which I felt was sufficient). Before starting, a staff member explained the simple car wash process. There were various car models for children to choose from. During peak times, two children might need to share one car, potentially with someone they don't know. The water pressure for the car wash was quite low, and the staff explained this was due to water supply restrictions. However, the experience of washing a car was still a lot of fun.
although the arrangement was a bit chaotic, and the staff clearly lacked experience, the car washing bit itself was really fun. my son absolutely loved it.
The children had a great time playing, but unfortunately, there's a water limit. If the water runs out, they won't be able to play anymore.
25 minutes is plenty of time for both adults and children. I especially love the slide; it's tall enough! Plus, there are plenty of staff members providing safety instructions, so the entire venue is very orderly.
