Let me put this sweet and short. I gave these ratings are not because the restaurant is not good, I didn't even able to go. My appointed date is on the 19 May, when me and my wife were about to go there, I saw my vouchers are redeemed on my phone app. Resulting, I didn't go on that day and i reach out to Klook, they investigate and requested quite a number of things from me. To and fro corresponds and finally on the 7th Jun, they replied saying that the merchant proof that it's redeemed. Saying if I have not redeem these vouchers, I will have to proof to them. Seriously, I doesn't even know how to proof that to them. I can only replied to them saying maybe next time I have a GPS tracker with me, I will be able to proof to you. Basically, they are not able to assist. This is the last time I will use this Klook service. Thank you.
