Very on time schedule. Hazzle Free. Smooth check in and confortable ferry terminal. Ferry is modern, clean, comfortable. Luggage check in available so we didnt have to carry our luggages on board. Free water drink inside the ferry. It was a smooth ride. Thank you Majestic Ferry.

First time trying Majestic. Nice change. Ferry was clean, spacious, toilet is clean too! Depart timely. I travelled with 2 kids and the express lane was very helpful for us to get speedy through the customs. When heading back from BTC to SG, it was also smooth and we were let in to board the ferry first. No people pushing, running and rushing to get seats. Recommend for families with kids especially if you travel on weekends or PH.
