• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time, so please be sure to adhere to the boarding time. Our company will not be responsible for guests who arrive after the bus has departed. Please take note.
• Due to reasons such as the season and the growth conditions of different varieties of flowers, it may not be possible to appreciate certain types of flowers. We will not be able to issue refunds at that time, so please understand.
• Lavender usually blooms from late June to early August.
• Please note that the itinerary times are for reference only. Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impact on the day, the arrival times for each itinerary may change, and the order of the itinerary may also be swapped. As Japanese regulations stipulate that vehicle usage cannot exceed 10 hours, if there is a traffic jam due to a public holiday or force majeure, resulting in delays, cancellations, or reduction of attractions, please understand that no refunds can be requested on this basis.
• Please note that no fees will be refunded if you do not participate in or interrupt the trip due to personal reasons, lateness, etc. If you leave the group midway through the trip, no fees will be refunded. Furthermore, you will be solely responsible for any personal or property safety consequences that may arise as a result.
• The tour will be canceled if the number of participants on the day does not reach 4 people (if the number of people does not reach 4 five days before departure).
• The itinerary does not include meal expenses. Restaurants and shops within attractions may be crowded during peak hours. To make your trip smoother and more comfortable, it is recommended that you prepare some simple light meals (such as rice balls, sandwiches, etc.) in advance to replenish your energy during the journey.
• Customers participating in a one-day tour are advised to avoid booking dinner or other activities in advance, especially those with flights on the same day. We will not be liable for any compensation if you are unable to attend pre-booked dinner or other activities on time due to traffic congestion, or if you miss your flight as a result. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
• If the number of participants is small, guests will be picked up by a Hiace van or a small bus, and the driver will serve as your guide for the tour. The driver will provide introductions in Chinese, Japanese, and simple English, rather than being accompanied by a professional tour guide. If English communication is needed, the driver will use translation software to assist, ensuring a smooth trip. Please understand that this service arrangement is not a reason for cancellation or refund.

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
