• All visitors are required to purchase a ticket for admission, and the price for adults and children
• The facilities are suitable for children aged 2 to 12 and their parents, and are not for children under 2 year old.
• Each Ticketed adult can bring a maximum of 2 children under 120cm or under 2 years old.
• Children under 120cm who have purchased tickets must be accompanied by the adult who has purchased the tickets at all times, and will be fully responsible for them.
• To ensure your experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled timeslot to allow enough time to complete the check-in process. Overtime will not be awarded and all arrangements are subject to the decision of the event venue.
• All tickets purchased are non-refundable, no-rescheduled, non-resale-free.
• Booking confirmation will be provided immediately after purchase, please contact us if you do not receive such confirmation.

Important Noted

• A wristband will be provided at the time of entry, and within the validity period of the ticket after entry, you can temporarily leave the venue and return with a wristband.
• NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS: To avoid any contamination and other risk exposure, outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed except for baby formulas . No food and drinks are allowed within the play areas.
• SOCKS: For hygiene and safety purposes, it is mandatory for all visitors to wear socks at all times within the premises. Visitors are not to be barefoot and no shoes are allowed in the premises. The use of non-slip socks are required for all Participants under the age of 12. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry if no non-slip socks are used.
• NON-SLIP SOCKS: Available for purchase on your own or on-site at the counter for $25 per pair.
• VENUE CLEANING: Please keep the venue clean and do not litter
• The Organizer reserves the right to charge a clean-up and disinfection fee of HK$300-HK$1,000 for vomiting, any liquid leakage or excreta. We also seek your cooperation on taking care of cleaning of you and your child.
• RULES OF THE VENUE: All visitors are required to adhere to all rules and restrictions as stated by Organizers staff and as stated on every facility in Organizers.
• All guests must be in good health before entering “Egypt Adventure Summer Inflatable Carnival @ Plaza Hollywood” and comply with any public health directive as may be in force from time to time. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who appears to be unwell. When choosing an activity, guests should consider their own age, height, weight, ability, or other factors. For any improper use of the gaming facilities, Organizers shall bear no responsibility or liability for any claims or injuries.
• In case of any accident or mishap, please seek help immediately from the nearest staff so that our staff on duty can assist you.
• We do not tolerate bullying, discrimination and violence. Anyone who exhibits discriminatory or offensive behavior or uses harsh or abusive language in the venue will be asked to leave and, if the situation is serious, will seek help from the police.
• Please follow the instructions when using the facility and do not cause any damage to it. Any damage caused to the facility as a result of undesirable, unruly behavior or misuse of the facility will be claimed.
• STORAGE / PERSONAL BELONGINGS
• You may keep your footwear in the designated areas provided. If you choose to use any cabinet or storage facilities offered by us, we do not recommend storing any valuables there.
• We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property stored in any locker or storage facilities or area at our venue (whether arising from our negligence or otherwise).

DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY

• Under no circumstances will the Organiser be liable for any injury, pain, loss or damage that may be suffered by the participant.
• The Organizer reserves the right to change the above information without prior notice and without any liability. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Organizer shall be final.
• Unless otherwise stated, this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, coupons and special offers
