Ticket Purchase Notes

• Tickets are valid for one-time use during the exhibition period (July 18, 2026 - October 19, 2026). Lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued.
• For concession tickets, Taipei citizen discount tickets, special offer tickets, and free admission eligibility, please proactively present relevant supporting documents; various discounts cannot be used simultaneously.
• Persons with disabilities requiring an accompanying person are limited to one. Both the person with disabilities and their essential accompanying person must attend together. If eligibility is not met, a supplementary ticket must be purchased for entry.
• For refund procedures and methods, please refer to the refund policies of each channel. Please process refunds before October 19, 2026. A 10% handling fee will be charged, and requests after the deadline will not be accepted.
• Other ticket-related regulations or any consumer disputes arising from this ticket will be handled in accordance with the "Matters to be Recorded and Not to be Recorded in Standardized Contracts for Arts and Cultural Exhibition Tickets" promulgated by the Ministry of Culture.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify the event.

Visiting Notes

• To maintain the quality of the visit, please keep quiet and do not make loud noises when visiting the museum; please answer phone calls outside the exhibition hall.
• Please place umbrellas on the outdoor umbrella stand. Short umbrellas can be stored in your personal bag before entering the museum.
• Food, beverages, animals, plants, and dangerous goods are strictly prohibited from entering the museum, and no related storage services are provided. (Guide dogs are exempt from this restriction)
• Pets, flammable or corrosive liquids, sharp instruments, etc., are prohibited from entering the museum; guide dogs are exempt from this restriction; the museum does not provide pet boarding services.
• For other personal belongings that the museum deems necessary to be stored or removed, please follow the guidance and assistance of on-site staff.
• Eating, chewing gum, or betel nuts are strictly prohibited throughout the museum. If you need to drink water, please go to the public area in the lobby/outside the museum. Please store water bottles in your personal bag or in a locker before entering.
• Please follow the guidance of on-site staff and signage during your visit.
• All exhibits are strictly prohibited from being touched; for interactive exhibits, please participate according to the guidance of on-site staff or signage.
• To maintain the quality and safety of the visit, please do not use selfie sticks, tripods, handheld stabilizers, or other such equipment inside the museum.
• Please respect the intellectual property rights and copyrights of the works in the exhibition. Recording, filming, and live streaming are strictly prohibited throughout the museum. Only some exhibitions allow photography, but flash photography is not permitted. For other commercial and creative needs, please consult the museum staff.
• When sketching or taking notes in the exhibition area, please do not use stationery other than pencils (such as ballpoint pens, colored pens, colored pencils, etc.).
• To maintain the overall viewing quality and rights of the audience, non-museum-arranged guides are prohibited from conducting any form of guided tours or gatherings (e.g., explanations, descriptions, discussions, and sharing) inside the museum.
• If you need to re-enter after leaving, please queue up again at the entrance for admission, but re-entry is only permitted within the exhibition's operating hours on the same day.
• Please follow the visiting routes, exhibition rules, and instructions of on-site staff. In case of large crowds, please queue in an orderly manner.
