1. Event Period: 2026/07/1 - 2026/09/6.
2. Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday 10:00-18:00 (last ticket sales at 17:00), closed every Tuesday starting from 8/1.
3. Holders of electronic tickets or electronic serial number vouchers must exchange them for physical tickets at the on-site ticket counter; electronic tickets and electronic serial numbers that have been verified will not be accepted for refunds.
4. Each ticket is valid for single-day use only. Re-entry on the same day is permitted with a hand stamp from the exit.
5. Please keep your tickets safe. No reissuance or replacement will be provided for lost, damaged, or expired tickets.
6. Tickets are valid only during the exhibition period (until 2026/9/6); expired tickets will be considered void. For refund requests, please complete the process through the original ticket purchase channel before the exhibition closes on 2026/9/6. Requests made after this date will not be accepted. Please refer to the refund policy of your original ticket purchase channel for details.
7. Refunds for tickets purchased at the exhibition site are only accepted at the on-site ticket booth and require a complete, unused ticket, invoice, credit card slip, etc.
8. Any changes to exhibition operating hours and regulations will be announced on-site or on the official fan page. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event in case of any unmentioned matters.

Admission Regulations

l Outside food and beverages are prohibited. To maintain safety and hygiene within the exhibition, eating is not allowed in the exhibition area (drinking water is permitted). For infant care needs (such as feeding, changing diapers or clothes), please consult on-site staff for assistance. l Luggage, large backpacks, strollers, and camping carts are prohibited. Please store them in the temporary storage area before entering. l Please keep valuables with you. The exhibition provides stroller parking and large luggage/cart storage areas. These areas are for storage only; please keep your personal belongings safe. The company is not responsible for safekeeping or compensation for lost, damaged, or stolen items. l To maintain hygiene and safety in the exhibition area, non-slip socks must be worn for some amusement facilities (inflatables, ball pits). Entry is not permitted without socks, and socks are also available for purchase in the merchandise area; shoes, bare feet, sharp objects, glass containers, or other items that may cause danger or interfere with other participants (umbrellas, sharp objects, high heels, spiked shoes, etc.) are prohibited inside the amusement facilities. l Based on game quality and safety considerations within the exhibition, this venue reserves the right to control the number of visitors, adjust event content, and revise related regulations; for any unmentioned matters, the latest on-site announcements or the “Green Red Creative Play” fan page shall prevail.

Identity and Age Restrictions

To ensure play safety and facility usage quality, participants must meet the following age, height, and weight restrictions simultaneously to enter and play; those who meet only one condition will not be allowed to enter, and no on-site refunds or reimbursements will be provided. Actual admission qualifications will be based on on-site staff measurements and determinations. Please confirm compliance with relevant regulations before purchasing tickets.

Amusement Facility User Restrictions:

l Baby Shark Ocean Inflatable l Age Limit: 3 years old (inclusive) to 12 years old (inclusive) Weight Limit: Children 60 kg (inclusive) or less, Adults 90 kg (inclusive) or less Height Limit: 160 cm (inclusive) or less. For safety reasons, one adult may accompany a child. Socks must be worn for entry. 5 parent-child groups can enter per session for 10-minute rotations; to maintain on-site play quality and admission control measures, all numbers called after 240 on the day will be waitlisted. Please cooperate with on-site staff arrangements and wait patiently.

l Ocean Trash Crisis Ball Pit Area l Age Limit: 0 years old (inclusive) to 12 years old (inclusive) Adults are not allowed in the ball pit area. Please accompany and supervise children from outside the ball pit and do not climb or lean on the fence. 20 people can enter per session for 10-minute rotations.

l RooRoo Car Maze (two car types) l RooRoo Car Age Limit: 0 years old (inclusive) to 12 years old (inclusive) Weight Limit: Game limit 40 kg (inclusive) or less Electric Car Age Limit: 0 years old (inclusive) to 8 years old (inclusive) Weight Limit: Game limit 25 kg (inclusive) or less

• If there is a crowd, please rotate after each lap and queue again to play.
• Music interaction and marine life rescue station play times are subject to on-site announced play regulations.
• Ticket purchase is based on the age on the day of play. Children aged 1 to 12 (inclusive) must purchase a child ticket. Accompanying parents must be adults aged 18 (inclusive) or older. Children aged 12 (inclusive) or younger must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent.
• For safety reasons, accompanying adults cannot be replaced. An additional adult will be charged the on-site adult ticket price of NT$199.
• To purchase concession tickets, relevant proof must be provided, and these tickets are only available for purchase at the exhibition site. Persons with disabilities must present a disability certificate, pregnant women must present a maternal health handbook, and infants aged 0-1 (within 12 months of birth) and seniors aged 65 (inclusive) or older must present physical identification when necessary. Please present physical identification proactively before purchasing tickets and entering.
• Concession tickets are only for use by eligible individuals. Persons with disabilities may be accompanied by one essential companion (adult) to enjoy the concession ticket discount (please present relevant supporting documents). For infants aged 0-1 (within 12 months of birth), pregnant women, and seniors aged 65 or older, the ticket type is for personal use only, and no companion discount is provided.

Parental Supervision Obligation

During play, unaccompanied minors must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian throughout and pay attention to safety conditions to ensure their own and others’ safety. ※According to Article 51, Chapter 4 of the “Children and Youth Welfare Act,” parents, guardians, or other persons actually caring for children and youth shall not leave children under six years old or children and youth requiring special care alone or under the care of inappropriate persons. This exhibition venue does not provide childcare services, and parents must fully bear the responsibility of accompanying and caring for their children.

Age and Physical Condition Restrictions

• Please adhere to the age, height, or weight restrictions announced on-site, and follow the guidance of on-site staff and equipment usage regulations.
• For activity safety considerations, pregnant individuals, those who have consumed alcohol, those with cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, neck or back-related conditions, mobility impairments, those feeling unwell, or participants aged 65 or older are advised to carefully assess their physical condition before entering and consider whether they are suitable for participating in this activity.
• If you have a fever (forehead temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius), enterovirus, or other infectious diseases or special medical conditions, to protect the rights of other children, you will not be allowed to enter.

Safe Play Principles

To maintain play safety and a good experience, all participants must comply with the usage regulations of each exhibition area and the guidance of on-site staff, and cooperate with the flow and order management within the exhibition. This exhibition venue has, in accordance with relevant regulations, insured public liability insurance of NT$6 million with Green Red Creative Innovation Co., Ltd., and the scope of coverage is subject to the insurance contract.

Play Behavior Regulations

Within the exhibition area, running, pushing, bumping, rolling, climbing facilities, horseplay, fighting, snatching toys, or other dangerous behaviors that may cause injury to oneself or others are prohibited. ※If, after warning by on-site staff, there is no improvement, to ensure safety, staff may ask the individual to leave, and no refund will be provided. ※This exhibition area will not be legally responsible for accidents caused by visitors not complying with the regulations within the exhibition or due to improper personal behavior. Participants are requested to read and comply with the usage regulations and play order of each area within the exhibition and cooperate with on-site staff guidance before entering.

Flow and Queue Order

If queuing is required, please wait in order, do not cut in line, queue on behalf of others, or affect the on-site flow, and jointly maintain order and passage safety within the exhibition.

On-site Management and Admission Control

To maintain play quality and safety within the exhibition, if the number of visitors reaches 200 or more, admission control measures will be implemented. Please cooperate with on-site staff arrangements and wait patiently.

Equipment Usage and Care

All equipment and play items within the venue are for use only within the exhibition. Please use them properly and share them with others. Parents are advised to accompany and guide children to return items after use. If damaged equipment is found, please notify on-site staff immediately; do not take it out of the venue yourself. If damage is caused by improper use, compensation will be made according to the price.
