How to redeem
- This is not your entry ticket. This voucher is confirmation of your booking, and you will receive your barcoded tickets by email from the operator the day before you are scheduled to visit Universal Kids Resort. This email will also contain your Universal Booking Confirmation in case you have any issues once you arrive at Universal Kids Resort
- Be sure to download the separate Universal Kids Resort ticket(s) before you arrive at the Resort
- If cannot see the email from operator by 2pm (CST) the day before your scheduled visit - call the local operator (Attractions4Us) at +1-212-512-0515. Call center hours (EST) are daily 9.00 - 17.00; emergency hours 17:00 - 20:00

The experience was excellent. After booking the night before, I received a confirmation and ticket email within two minutes. The ticketing was fast, and I entered the park smoothly the next day.

it was an 8 out of 10 experience for 10 & 11 yr olds. Food and atmosphere was not too bad. average wait times are about 20-25 mins.

Tickets were canceled just a few hours beforehand, and what had been a wonderful weekend plan turned into chaos with desperate parents scrambling to find tickets for their children.

Dont book tickets from klook, booking are not genuine and denied. I have email and asked for the refund on which I didn’t get any response. Not recommended.
