Rishikesh River Rafting Adventure with Drone & DSLR Video Coverage

The experience was overall fantastic related to rafting. The reception, the amenities provided and the rafting experience was good. They provided us with clothing, goggles, transportation and well experienced guide. A safety kayak along with the raft was an added plus point compared to other operators. One slight issue i faced was that the booking i have done through klook was not showing at their end and they had to rebook at their end again.

we had a great experience , the guide was very professional and the safety was ensured throughout . I would recommend it.

I am really disappointed in the service Klook is providing to customers. My river radting activity was planned on 7 Sep but the agency told it had been cancelled since a week ago due to rise in water levels. This was not informed prior and still the booking was confirmed theough klook. I got to know it has been cancelled when I reached out to the place that day itself. My time and efforts got wasted to plan such an activity. Would never plan any trip though here. I have still not got my refund back which was not my mistake but the merchants whole responsibility.
