I went to the reserved location, but they said I didn't have a reservation and that I hadn't even booked through Klook. I ended up ordering items individually and paying for them normally. Although it said Shanghai, the map showed Beijing, so I can't rule out the possibility that I made a mistake, but either way, my money just disappeared.
