It was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and highly professional. I recommend everyone come here to enjoy the delightful aroma.

It was so much fun and very therapeutic! When I went that day, the number of people on-site was well-controlled, so there was enough time and space to fully experience the perfume-making process. The entire video explanation was clear, and the staff were very nice and always ready to assist. I added extra capacity on-site that day, and overall, I felt it was a very worthwhile experience to create my own unique fragrance. I recommend thinking of a name for your perfume beforehand so you're not caught off guard or without ideas when you're there. The Zhongxiao Station location is easy to find, right behind Sogo. My only regret is that I was so happy after making the perfume that I forgot to take pictures!

The environment is comfortable, the staff are attentive, and the overall experience is pleasant.

The salesperson had very little knowledge about the perfume, and their attitude was mediocre. They just wanted to upsell me to a larger bottle. If you're looking for a frustrating experience, you can try this place.
